- No loud noise between 10 PM and 7AM. - No smoking or vaping of any kind. The smoking / vaping fee is $250. - No illegal substances on the property. Remember that lion…. D.A.R.E to be different. - No food or drink in bedrooms. - Remove your shoes within the home. At minimum PLEASE do not wear shoes on the white rugs... we beg of you. - Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. - Do not leave any food out. We don’t want to attract any uninvited pests. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please hand wash pots and pans. - Please leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher before you leave. - If the trash bin fills during your stay, please throw the bag out in the designated bin in the alley - new trash bags are in the kitchen. - Please be respectful to our neighbors. Many of our neighbors are families and we have a great relationship with them. Feel free to enjoy yourself but please be mindful of excessive noise – particularly at night. If there are neighbor complaints, we will unfortunately need to cancel your stay. - Please turn off lights, unplug items if not using to conserve energy, again we love our planet, and you should too (it’s the only one we got…so far) - There are exterior cameras at the front and rear entrances. The front entrance has a doorbell camera. If you have any issues checking-in, ringing it will allow you to contact us directly. - There is a smoke and decibel detector in the home. It absolutely cannot record any audio or visuals. However, it does notify us of excessive noise or smoke. - Check out time is at 11 am. Late check-out fee is $100. If you check-out after 1 pm, we’ll have to charge you for a full day, the cost to re-accommodate the next guest, and lost revenue from cancellations. So please check-out on time.

You will not have access to one storage closets, the basement area, and the 1st floor apartment. Besides that, enjoy the rest of the house!
